DEPOSIT (PMU AND PROCELL THERAPIES INITIAL SESSION)
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule and secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total price of your services. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to reschedule an appointment. The amount is deducted from the final cost.
CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS (LASH, FACIAL AND PMU TOUCH-UP SERVICES)
72 hours of notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Please be considerate and remember to call or text 72 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule please make sure you get a reply. If there is no reply to your cancellation please continue to make contact until there is a reply to you. Note: This is not applying for PMU and Procell therapies initial services that require the deposit.
APPOINTMENT REMINDER
Please confirm your appointment immediately when you are given a reminder. If there is no response from you within 12 hours, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
LATE ARRIVAL
Please make sure to show up on time. Arriving late (15 minutes or more) will be considered as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited. To avoid unfair delays to the next client, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment It will be necessary to reschedule. Each procedure is based on individual needs to dedicate the time needed to accurately provide the desired look.
To reschedule your procedure an additional $50 deposit is required. PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT!
NO SHOWS
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR NO SHOWS PERIOD! The deposit will be forfeited if the client fails to show up to their appointment. Your time is respected and there is a great deal of preparation for your appointment to provide you the quality service that you deserve. To reschedule your procedure an additional $50 deposit is required.
TOUCH-UPS
Touch ups are for returning clients only.
Touchup appointments will be subject to the availability of the technician’s schedule. Please select the best appointment time for your touchup as availability is highly limited. Technicians can not guarantee a rescheduled appointment to meet the complimentary touchup 4 - 8 week timeframe. If a rescheduled appointment does not meet the complimentary time frame, touch up fees will apply.
FREE TOUCH-UPS
You will receive one free touch-up appointment which must be booked no sooner than 4 weeks and no later than 8 weeks after your first session. You will lose your free touch-up if you choose to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment and a minimum charge will apply for rescheduling. If you choose to book your Touch-Up after 8 weeks, Touch-Up appointments will be charged depending on the timeframe from your last appointment.
PATCH TEST
Please schedule a “Patch Test” if you believe that you may be allergic to the ink used in the procedure. A patch test” is preformed upon request 48 hours before your appointment. Please call to request a patch test.” Our needles do have traces of nickel and the patch test will not confirm if you are allergic to the medal. It will only show if you are allergic to our products. If you do not preform the patch test, a liability and waiver form will still need to be signed.
RESULTS
Results are extremely dependent on how one heals and will vary with each individual client. Successful results and specific color requests are not guaranteed and additional sessions, at a minimum charge, may be required to obtain desired results. Permanent Make-Up is not suitable for everyone. There is no guarantee of successful results on 100% of clients, especially those with skin problems. Refunds are not offered because expenses, services, and treatment have been carried at a cost to ourselves.
We use premium products and provide quality services but every client heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results. There is no guarantee perfect proportions or symmetry as some bone structures and muscle movements do not call for it. The final shape is completely your decision, and tattooing will not start until you decide on the final shape. Please read the “Pre-Care and “After Care” sections carefully and ask questions if needed to see if your desired procedure will be beneficial to you.
NOTE: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they understand and have read all of the information, ask questions to gain further understanding, and follow all “Pre-Care and “After Care” instructions. Lauele’a Beauty,LLC will NOT be held liable if any client deviates from the instructions provided.
